Same Sex Interactions
In
any group activity there will always be some same sex contact with one
person brushing up against someone else of the same sex.
The same sex interactions discussed here are not this background contact, but same sex cuddling and kissing, and, if allowed, same sex sexual activity.
Female-to-female activity is always allowed at a Devotional orgy.
Male-to-male activity is only allowed if agreed before the orgy.

Female-to-female activities
Female-to-female activity is allowed at any Devotional Sex Orgy.
For anything to happen the Princess who initiates the activity must get the consent of the other Princess. Of course a Princess who does not want to do that activity can say "no thanks".
At a Cuddle Orgy same sex activity is limited to cuddling and kissing. As well as mouth-to-mouth kissing, using the mouth on all other parts of the body (except her Pleasure) is also allowed.
At a Sex Orgy (or a Joy Orgy) a Princess can also, if she gets consent, actively touch another Princess and give oral sex.

Male-to-male activity if instructed by any Princess
Male-to-male activity is not allowed at a Devotional Orgy unless it was agreed beforehand.
If it is agreed beforehand, male-to-male activity can be one of the things that every Knight must do if instructed by a Princess.
Note
that the reason that male-to-male activity must be agreed to
beforehand, but female-to-female activity can take place at any orgy, is
not due to one type of interaction being better than the other, but due
to the different power dynamic of males and females at the orgy.
A Princess has full control over what happens with her, so if another female suggests some activity with her she can say "no".
But a Knight gives his consent by attending the orgy. So to give informed consent he needs to beforehand what might happen at the party.

At a Cuddle Orgy which allows male-to-male activity there can be male-to-male cuddling and kissing.
As a Princess at a Cuddle Orgy is allowed to hold and gently play with a Knight's erection, a Knight is also allowed to hold or gently play with another Knight's erection.
At a Sex Orgy which allows male-to-male activity more active touching of another Knight's erection is allowed and oral sex between males is also allowed.

It is up to the Princesses at the orgy to decide whether or not a male is allowed to initiate activity with another male, or whether such activity is only allowed if directed by a Princess.
As every Knight at an orgy must obey every Princess, at a Sex Orgy which allows male-to-male activity any Princess would be able to instruct any Knight to, for example, give another Knight oral sex.
This possibility shows why it is important to clarify what a Knight might be made to do at an Orgy beforehand!
Optional male-to-male activity
A middle path between not allowing any male-to-male activity or having every Knight possibly having to do such an interaction is to have an orgy where the Knights are allowed to say "pass" to male-to-male activity.
This would allow those who want to engage in male-to-male activity to do so, whilst Knights who have male-to-male activity outside their limits can still attend the orgy as they can now say "pass".
It would also enable some Knights to engage in some activities while saying "pass" to others.
For example, a Knight might be willing to receive oral sex from another Knight but not be willing to give it. Or a Knight might be willing to give another Knight oral sex but be unwilling to kiss him on the mouth.
