During the orgy
During an orgy the Princesses have control over when a Knight is in the active zone. Any Princess should feel free to ask to spend some time with any Knight.
The feel of the orgy is enhanced if you interact with several people and include some group activity. It also works best if everyone who wishes gets to be involved in at least some activity.
For several reasons a Princess can always get her Knight back whenever she wishes.

If you have set-up a room with a mattress in the middle and seating around the mattress the Princesses have control over when a Knight is on the mattress.
When a Princess on the mattress has finished with a Knight she should sent him back to a seat. And a Princess on the mattress can ask for any seated and not otherwise engaged Knight to join her on the mattress.
A seated Princess can get on the mattress whenever she wishes. She can either take a Knight with her, or she can go to the mattress to join in with those already there. Note that if she joins in with what is already happening she should not disrupt the previous activity, but blend in as feels appropriate.
The feel of an orgy is enhanced if there is variation on who you interact with. So if the orgy is just two couples it is best if you spend time with your partner as well as the other couple. And when there are many at an orgy, it is good if you interact with several people during the event.
Having some group activity also enhances the feel of group intimacy and that an orgy is different from normal.
For example, if the orgy is just two couples, a Princess can enjoy holding her Knight's erection while kissing and cuddling the other Knight.
At a Sex orgy group interaction can involve two sexual activities. For example a Knight might give oral sex to one Princess while another plays with his erection.
But there is also a nice group feel when only one sexual activity takes place and it is just a cuddle or kiss with the third person.
A couple can share their enjoyment of experiencing a sexual pleasure from someone else by having the partner not receiving the sex cuddle the partner who is receiving it. So, for example, a Knight can cuddle his Princess while another Knight is giving her oral sex. Doing this means that the Knight gets to share his Princess's enjoyment, and the Princess feels that her Knight has been a part of her experience.
Varying the combinations can also work well. So if it is just two couples there is nothing wrong with having some times when one person watches the other three (as long as that person does not feel left out).
And especially if sexual activity is taking place, some people may like to spend some time just watching.
Like swapping dance partners at an old style dance, at an orgy it is ok for a Princess to ask another Princess "Do you mind if I have him for a while?" The Princess with the Knight should either give the asking Princess the Knight, or say she will send him to her in a few minutes.
If a Princess notices that her Knight is not happy in an interaction she can fix things by going and requesting her Knight back. "Can I have my Knight back" should always result in immediate hand-over of the Knight. Note that this also means that if a Princess feels that her Knight is spending too long with someone she can end that interaction.
It is good to ensure that everyone has some involvement at some stage of the orgy.
A Princes can be nice to a neglected Knight by engaging in some activity with him without gong as far as she would with someone she likes more. Even just asking a neglected Knight to give her a foot massage means that he gets to do something.
Variation can also be added to any orgy by playing some games.
For example, one or more Knights could be blindfolded during some or all of the orgy. That way they might not be sure who it is they are interacting with.
It would even be possible to have an orgy where the Knights were blindfolded before
the got to see the other people present. That way the Knights would
never know who else was at the orgy - but their Princess's would have
seen all!
A Devotional Orgy can last for several hours. Hence even at a Sex or Joy Orgy most of the time will be spend just cuddling (maybe with lots of Devotional Cuddles). That the Knights are not allowed to ejaculate means that they will feel erotic energy during all of the orgy, and thus always be ready to obey a Princess.
If a man is erect for a very long time, his body can tire and his erection may go down for a while even though he still feels very high erotic energy.
